Direct Reseller Application
Our titles are available to major online and offline retailers through Ingram. However, for those unable to order through Ingram we have a distribution channel in place that enables qualified resellers to order books that we publish at wholesale prices.
Libraries and book resellers may apply for an account. To be eligible, you must be a licensed business and/or an active reseller. We will confirm your status within 24-48 hours and you will be able to take advantage of the discounts below depending on your business type.
List Price Discount
- Libraries – 20%
- Retail – 35%
- Distribution – 45%

Application Process
In order to take advantage of the wholesale prices from the books we publish, you will need to follow a few simple steps:
- Download and complete the Resale Verification Form. Fax it, along with your Resale Certificate or international equivalent, to: (206) 922-5928, Attn: Direct Reseller program.
Please note that a valid state sales tax permit number is required to certify that the products are being purchased for resale. For Libraries it is not necessary to provide a Resale Certificate, just fill out the form below, indicate that you are a Library and a customer service representative will be in touch.
