- Business Development Manager
We’re currently looking to add an independent, rock-star Business Development Manager to our team. Your objective will be to support the company and its growing portfolio of online training programs. We operate worldwide, with a strong focus on Canada and the United States. We’re looking for established individuals with a strong network to help grow our brand and exposure.

What we’re looking for help with
- Follow up and attract new business opportunities
- Plan and communicate products/services to prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers,
products and services - Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop
and improve the business - Understand the learning and development needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others
about them - Discuss promotional strategy and activities to help to plan sales campaigns and create a sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with new clients and identify new prospects within the area you have
been assigned - Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and
exploring opportunities.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven passion for business / network development – tell us why you can’t stop thinking about it!
- Great multi-tasker and ability to work independently.
- An honest, hard-working, self-starter who is looking to provide value to a greater purpose.
- Mistakes happen every day – we need someone that is comfortable and confident expressing mistakes as they occur and creating solutions to overcome them.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills, as you’ll be dealing with clients in a professional manner by email, phone, and other means of communication.
- Background and/or education in Marketing will be considered an asset.
- Established network and track record in business sales or related market
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant
role - Ability to build rapport with business owners and executives

- Location: North America (remote – work from home opportunity)
- This is an independent full-time / part-time position
- Compensation: commission only – uncapped earning potential
